# MiFID II & EU Regulatory Alignment

T-Blocks operates within the broader EU regulatory framework, including the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (MiFID II).

**Investor classification.** T-Blocks instruments are offered to professional clients and eligible counterparties as defined under MiFID II. Retail investors are not eligible, unless a prospectus is issued.

**Product governance.** Each SubFund issuance defines a target market (investor type, risk profile, investment horizon, distribution strategy) in accordance with MiFID II product governance requirements.

**Suitability and appropriateness.** Distribution partners (placement agents, broker-dealers) are responsible for conducting suitability and appropriateness assessments for their clients, in accordance with MiFID II requirements.

**Cost and charges disclosure.** All costs and charges associated with each instrument are disclosed in the SubFund's prospectus or PPM, in accordance with MiFID II transparency requirements.
