# Ongoing Reporting Obligations

T-Blocks maintains the following reporting obligations:

**To investors.** NAV reports (per SubFund, per NAV Calculation Day), periodic reports (quarterly or semi-annual as defined per SubFund), annual audited financial statements (within six months of fiscal year-end), distribution notices, and material event notifications.

**To regulators.** AML/CTF reporting to the CRF (where applicable), FATCA/CRS reporting to the ACD, annual corporate filings with the RCS Luxembourg, and any other reporting required under applicable law.

**To distribution partners.** Product information, cost and charges disclosure, target market definition, and any other information required under distribution agreements and MiFID II product governance obligations.
