# Sanctions Screening

All investors, issuers, and counterparties are screened against international sanctions lists at onboarding and on an ongoing basis:

* EU Consolidated Sanctions List
* United Nations Security Council Sanctions Lists
* US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) — Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List
* UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) Consolidated List

Transactions involving sanctioned parties are prohibited and blocked. Any matches identified during screening are escalated to the Management Company's compliance function for investigation and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities.
