# Origination Platform

T-Blocks platform is the operational layer through which issuers structure instruments, investors access dealflow, and the full lifecycle of each SubFund instrument is managed.

The platform operates across two current rails: the ISIN / Banking Rail, through which Luxembourg-issued instruments are accessed through standard banking custody and settlement infrastructure; and the Digital Primary Market, through which the same instruments are accessible through tokenized issuance, stablecoin settlement, and regulated digital distribution channels.

**Current capabilities include:** SubFund creation, instrument structuring, ISIN registration, Bloomberg ticker activation, and paying agent coordination; compliant tokenized issuance on the XRP Ledger via Palisade MPC wallet infrastructure, with EUROP and RLUSD stablecoin settlement; dual-track investor onboarding supporting bank-to-bank IBAN and direct digital subscription; ongoing SubFund administration, investor reporting, and audit coordination; and multi-channel distribution across regulated placement agents, broker-dealer networks, private banks, digital trading venues, and the Ripple institutional network.

**Atlas — Origination & Deal Scoring**

Atlas is T-Blocks AI-powered origination and deal scoring module, currently under development. Atlas systematises the issuer qualification and asset assessment workflow — evaluating opportunities against the platform's qualification framework with consistent scoring methodology. Atlas is an internal and partner-facing tool, not an investor-facing product.

**Meridian — Structuring & Deal Management**

Meridian is T-Blocks' AI-powered structuring and deal management module, currently under development. Meridian supports the end-to-end management of active SubFund instruments — from structuring alignment and documentation workflow to distribution coordination and lifecycle reporting — providing a structured deal workspace integrating legal documentation status, service provider coordination, investor onboarding progress, and distribution activity.
