# Rail 1 — ISIN / Banking Infrastructure

The ISIN / Banking Rail is the traditional distribution channel. It operates through established banking, custody, and settlement infrastructure.

**Identifiers.** Each instrument carries an ISIN (International Securities Identification Number) and, where applicable, a Bloomberg identifier. These identifiers integrate the instrument into standard financial market data systems.

**Custody.** Instruments are held in investors' existing custody accounts at their bank or custodian. No new custody relationship is required.

**Settlement.** Subscription proceeds are transferred by wire to the SubFund's bank account at Swissquote (or the designated banking partner for the SubFund). Settlement follows standard T+2 or as defined in the SubFund documentation.

**Distribution partners.** The ISIN rail is distributed through placement agents, broker-dealers, and private banks in T-Blocks distribution network. These partners conduct their own investor suitability assessments and may add the instrument to their product shelves or advisory portfolios.

**Investor experience.** From the investor's perspective, subscribing to a T-Blocks instrument via the ISIN rail is indistinguishable from subscribing to any other structured note, fund unit, or private placement. The investor sees an ISIN, receives custody confirmation from their bank, and holds the instrument in their standard portfolio alongside other securities.
