# For Investors

Who can invest in T-Blocks instruments? Professional, qualified, and institutional investors only. T-Blocks instruments are not offered to retail investors or the general public.

**Do I need a crypto wallet to invest?** Not if you use the ISIN / Banking Rail. You can subscribe, hold, and redeem T-Blocks instruments through your existing bank or custodian, using standard wire transfers and custody infrastructure. A crypto wallet is only needed if you choose to access instruments through the Digital Primary Market.

**How do I access active dealflow?** Request investor access through[ tblocks.io/dealflow](https://tblocks.io/dealflow). After qualification and KYC verification, you will receive gated access to active instruments and pipeline opportunities.

**Are returns guaranteed?** No. Returns depend on the performance of the underlying asset in each SubFund. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

**How liquid are T-Blocks instruments?** Most T-Blocks instruments are illiquid by nature (private placement, development-stage assets). There may be no secondary market. Redemption terms are defined per SubFund. Investors should be prepared to hold instruments for their full term.

**What reporting will I receive?** NAV reports (per SubFund), periodic reports (quarterly or semi-annual), annual audited financial statements, distribution notices, and material event notifications.
