**What is T-Blocks?** 

T-Blocks International SARL is a Luxembourg-based capital-market infrastructure company. It operates T-Blocks Trio Fund, a securitisation fund (fonds de titrisation) established under the Luxembourg Securitisation Law of 22 March 2004. T-Blocks provides the legal, digital, and distribution infrastructure that enables issuers to structure, issue, and distribute financial instruments to international professional investors.

**Is T-Blocks a tokenization platform?** 

No. T-Blocks is capital-market infrastructure — legal, digital, and distribution — that uses tokenization as one of its two distribution rails. Tokenization is a feature of the infrastructure, not the product itself. The product is a Luxembourg-governed, ISIN-eligible financial instrument.

**Is T-Blocks a fund?** 

T-Blocks International SARL is the management company. T-Blocks Trio Fund is the securitisation fund. The Fund issues instruments through SubFunds. Investors invest in specific SubFund instruments, not in "T-Blocks" as a whole.
