# Reporting & Transparency

T-Blocks provides institutional-grade reporting to investors:

**NAV reporting.** On each NAV Calculation Day, the SubFund's NAV per Unit is calculated and made available to investors.

**Periodic reports.** Quarterly or semi-annual reports (as defined per SubFund) provide updates on asset performance, portfolio composition, and material events.

**Annual audited reports.** Forvis Mazars audits the Fund's and each SubFund's financial statements annually. Audited reports are published within six months of fiscal year-end.

**Distribution notices.** Investors are notified of all distributions (income, dividends, coupon payments) in advance of payment.

**On-chain transparency.** For the digital rail, all token issuances, transfers, and redemptions are recorded on the XRP Ledger's public, immutable ledger. This provides an additional layer of transparency beyond traditional reporting.
