# Who Can Invest

T-Blocks instruments are offered exclusively to professional, qualified, and institutional investors. The Fund does not offer instruments to the general public.

Eligible investor categories include (subject to applicable law in the investor's jurisdiction):

* Institutional investors (pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments)
* Banks and financial institutions
* Regulated investment funds and fund managers
* Family offices
* High-net-worth individuals meeting professional investor qualification thresholds
* Corporate treasuries investing surplus capital

Investor eligibility is verified during the KYC/AML onboarding process. The Management Company reserves the right to decline any subscription that does not meet eligibility requirements.
