# Dual-Track Issuance — Conventional & Shariah-Compliant

For qualifying underlying assets, T-Blocks supports dual-track issuance: a conventional instrument and a Shariah-compliant sukuk structure operating in parallel as separate ring-fenced SubFunds. This enables issuers to access both conventional institutional capital and Islamic investor mandates simultaneously from the same underlying asset — without structural conflict between the two tracks and without duplicating the origination or governance work.

Each track is independently documented, independently governed by its own Specific Management Regulations, and independently certified where Shariah compliance is required.
