# The Core Problem

Across emerging economies, high-quality asset-backed strategies regularly generate return profiles that are compelling by any international standard. Many remain chronically under-allocated in global institutional portfolios — not because of asset quality, but because of structural incompatibility with the frameworks that govern international capital allocation.

Global institutional investors — private banks, family offices, pension funds, sovereign allocators — operate within defined compliance and governance parameters. To access their capital, an asset must be structured within a framework they already recognise: a regulated legal wrapper, third-party governance and oversight, defined issuance documentation, and compliant cross-border settlement infrastructure.

The absence of that infrastructure is the barrier. T-Blocks exists to remove it.
