# The Onboarding Process

Issuers progress through a four-stage onboarding process from initial qualification to live issuance.

**Stage 1 — Discovery & Qualification.** Initial alignment on asset type, jurisdiction, capital objective, and structural feasibility. Conducted following submission of a completed term sheet. T-Blocks applies a structured qualification framework to assess asset quality, sponsor track record, governance readiness, and capital-markets alignment before advancing any issuer to structuring discussions.

**Stage 2 — Engagement & Term Sheet.** T-Blocks outlines the recommended instrument structure, SubFund architecture, and engagement scope. Commercial terms are agreed and an engagement letter is executed.

**Stage 3 — Due Diligence & Structuring.** KYC/AML onboarding for the issuer and its principals. Legal structuring in coordination with transaction counsel. Issuance framework design, documentation drafting, and SubFund establishment.

**Stage 4 — Go-to-Market & Ongoing Administration.** Issuance launch, distribution coordination through T-Blocks partner network, investor onboarding, and ongoing SubFund administration, reporting, and lifecycle management.

Issuers with documentation aligned at Stage 1 can expect a structured issuance timeline measured in weeks, not months.
