# What You Need to Get Started

To begin an issuance through T-Blocks, you will typically need to provide:

**Asset documentation.** Description of the underlying asset or fund vehicle, including financial statements, projections, asset valuation, and any existing legal documentation (shareholder agreements, fund prospectus, concession agreements, development permits, etc.).

**Corporate documentation.** Corporate registration documents, articles of association, beneficial ownership information, and key person CVs.

**KYC/AML documentation.** The issuer entity and its beneficial owners complete KYC/AML procedures. This includes identity documents, proof of address, source of funds, and sanctions screening.

**Commercial terms.** Indicative terms for the proposed issuance: target raise amount, instrument type preference, expected return profile, maturity, security/collateral, distribution preferences.

T-Blocks structuring team evaluates each potential issuance for suitability and works with the issuer to define the optimal structure. There is no obligation or cost during the initial evaluation stage.

→ To discuss an issuance, contact <issuers@tblocks.io> or submit an enquiry through[ tblocks.io/raise](https://tblocks.io/raise).
