# Who This Is For

T-Blocks serves two categories of issuer: asset managers operating institutional strategies across real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure, or private credit — with repeat issuance potential and cross-border capital objectives — and institutional-grade project sponsors controlling a single bankable asset with clear ownership, governance, and feasibility documentation.

T-Blocks does not serve retail platforms, crypto-native projects, early-stage companies without assets or cash flows, or local fundraising vehicles without cross-border intent. The platform is designed exclusively for issuers who view capital markets access as a structural problem, not a marketing one.

T-Blocks structures instruments across the following asset categories:

1. Listed equities
2. Real estate and hospitality
3. Renewable energy and energy transition
4. Infrastructure and project finance
5. Private credit and asset-backed finance
6. Venture and private equity
7. Shariah-compliant and faith-aligned instruments
