# Amendments, Notices, Jurisdiction & Governing Law

#### Amendments

The Management Company may amend the Management Regulations in whole or in part at any time, subject to the prior written consent of Lenders (if any). Amendments become effective on the date of the Management Company's signature and are deposited with the RCS Luxembourg.

#### Notices

All notices must be in the English language. Notices to Unitholders are sent by email or to their registered addresses.

#### Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Any claim arising between the Management Company, the Fund, and Unitholders is settled according to Luxembourg law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of the District of Luxembourg-City.

The Management Company may submit itself and the Fund to the jurisdiction of courts in countries where Units are offered or sold, with respect to claims by Unitholders resident in those countries.

English is the governing language of the Management Regulations.
