# Fiscal Year, Audit & Reporting

**Fiscal Year.** 1 January to 31 December. The first fiscal year commenced on 18 February 2025 (date of establishment) and ends on 31 December 2025.

**Auditor.** Forvis Mazars, registered at 5 Rue Guillaume J. Kroll, L-1882 Luxembourg (B159962).

**Annual reports.** Audited annual reports are established at the end of each fiscal year and published within six months. Reports include information on each SubFund's assets and the consolidated accounts of the Fund.

**Financial statements.** Each SubFund's financial statements are prepared in the SubFund's Reference Currency. Consolidated accounts are in EUR.

**NAV availability.** On each NAV Calculation Day, the NAV per SubFund Unit is recorded and made available to Unitholders at the Management Company offices.

**Documents available for inspection.** Free of charge, during business hours, at the Management Company offices:

* Management Regulations
* Specific Management Regulations
* Most recent annual and semi-annual financial statements

**Communications.** All communications from Unitholders are in writing, addressed to the Management Company. All notices are in the English language, sent by email or to registered addresses.
