# Management Regulations — Summary

The Management Regulations are the governing document of T-Blocks Trio Fund. They were established on 18 February 2025 and deposited with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés of Luxembourg on 25 February 2025.

The Management Regulations consist of 18 articles:

The Management Regulations govern the relationship between the Management Company, Unitholders, and Noteholders. They may be amended by the Management Company at any time, subject to the prior written consent of Lenders (if any). Amendments become effective on the date of signature and are deposited with the RCS.
