# Purpose of the Fund

The exclusive purpose of T-Blocks Trio Fund is to enter into, perform, and serve as a securitisation vehicle for any securitisation transactions permitted under the Securitisation Law 2004.

The Fund, acting through its SubFunds, may:

1. **Acquire or assume risks** relating to the holding or ownership of claims, receivables, goods (movable or immovable, tangible or intangible), financial instruments, commitments to lend money, liabilities or commitments of third parties, or risks inherent to all or part of the activities of third parties — by issuing financial instruments or contracting loans whose value or return is linked to these risks.
2. **Acquire assets by any means** — including purchase, subscription, guarantee, or binding itself in any other way. Assets may include participations, rights, interests, obligations of Luxembourg and foreign companies, stock, bonds, debentures, notes, structured products, receivables, claims, loans, credit facilities, and all other types of movable or immovable, tangible or intangible assets.
3. **Issue financial instruments** in the form of Units and Notes under one or more issue programmes. The Fund may borrow in any form and enter into any type of loan agreement.
4. **Enter into derivative transactions** including swaps, futures, forwards, options, repurchase agreements, stock lending, and similar transactions — for as long as such agreements facilitate the performance of the Fund's purpose.
5. **Give guarantees and grant security** over its assets within the limits of article 61(3) of the Securitisation Law 2004.
6. **Assign underlying assets and risks** in accordance with the relevant documentation entered into by the Fund or a specific SubFund.
