# Suspension of NAV & Redemptions

The Management Company may suspend the determination of NAV, the issuance of Units, and the redemption of Units for any SubFund in the following circumstances:

1. Market closure — When stock exchanges or foreign exchange markets that provide the basis for valuing a substantial portion of the SubFund's assets are closed or dealings are restricted/suspended (other than ordinary holidays)
2. Force majeure — When political, economic, military, or monetary events outside the Management Company's control make disposal of SubFund assets impracticable without serious detriment to Unitholders
3. Communication breakdown — When normal means of communication for asset valuation are disrupted, or asset values cannot be determined rapidly and accurately
4. Exchange restrictions — When transactions on behalf of the Fund are rendered impracticable due to exchange or transfer restrictions
5. Liquidation — In case of Fund liquidation or when a SubFund termination notice has been issued
6. Management Company discretion — When circumstances beyond the Fund's control make continued trading impracticable or unfair to Unitholders

During suspension, subscription and redemption requests are irrevocable unless written withdrawal is received before the suspension period ends. Requests not withdrawn are processed on the first Valuation Day following the end of the suspension period.
