# Overview — From Origination to Distribution

The T-Blocks issuance process takes an underlying asset or risk from initial identification through to distribution to international investors. The process is designed to be repeatable, scalable, and adaptable to different asset classes, jurisdictions, and investor bases.

Every issuance follows five stages. This section provides a detailed operational guide for each stage.

**Typical timeline.** 4–8 weeks, depending on asset complexity and regulatory requirements.
