# Step 3 — Tokenization & ISIN Registration

**Objective.** Issue the instrument and make it available on both distribution rails.

Activities.

* ISIN registration: the instrument is registered with a recognised numbering agency and assigned an ISIN
* Bloomberg submission: where applicable, the instrument is submitted for Bloomberg identifier assignment
* Tokenization: the instrument is tokenized on the XRP Ledger, with compliance logic embedded in the smart contract
* Testing: the token is tested on the digital infrastructure (issuance, transfer, compliance checks) before going live
* Distribution platform setup: the instrument is made available on the ISIN / Banking Rail (through placement agents and distribution partners) and on the Digital Primary Market (through regulated digital venues)

**Outputs.** ISIN assigned, instrument tokenized and live on both rails, distribution platforms configured.
