The Fund was created for an unlimited duration as a co-ownership pursuant to its Management Regulations, which were deposited with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés of Luxembourg on 25 February 2025.

The Management Company may create one or several SubFunds within the Fund. The assets of the Fund, and the assets of each SubFund, are segregated from those of the Management Company.
