| ------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Securitisation Fund | A fonds de titrisation — an unincorporated contractual co-ownership scheme subject to the Luxembourg Securitisation Law of 22 March 2004. T-Blocks Trio Fund is a Securitisation Fund. |
| SubFund | A separate co-ownership within the Fund, created for each issuance. Each SubFund has its own ring-fenced assets, liabilities, and creditor hierarchy. SubFunds are legally independent — one SubFund can be liquidated without affecting any other. |
| Ring-Fencing | The legal separation of SubFund assets. Assets allocated to a SubFund are exclusively available to that SubFund's unitholders, noteholders, lenders, and creditors. No cross-contamination between SubFunds. |
| Management Company | T-Blocks International SARL. The entity that creates, administers, and manages the Fund and its SubFunds, acting in its own name but on account of the Fund. |
| Management Regulations | The governing document of the Fund, establishing rules for all SubFunds. Deposited with the RCS Luxembourg. |
| Specific Management Regulations (SMR) | Separate regulations prepared for each SubFund, detailing the characteristics, terms, and rules applicable to that SubFund. In case of conflict with the Management Regulations, the SMR prevails. |
| Units | Co-ownership participations in the Fund (Fund Units) or in a specific SubFund (SubFund Units). Units represent an investor's proportional interest in the relevant assets. |
| Notes | Financial instruments issued under a particular SubFund. Under Luxembourg law (article 64 of the Securitisation Law 2004), Notes rank pari-passu with Units. |
| ISIN | International Securities Identification Number. A 12-character alphanumeric code that uniquely identifies a security. T-Blocks instruments are ISIN-coded, making them compatible with standard banking, custody, and settlement infrastructure. |
| Dual-Rail Distribution | T-Blocks distribution model. Every instrument is accessible through two channels: (1) the ISIN / Banking Rail (traditional custody, Euroclear/Clearstream settlement optionality, broker-dealer distribution) and (2) the Digital Primary Market (blockchain-settled, tokenized, accessed through regulated digital venues). |
