# What Is T-Blocks

T-Blocks International SARL is a Luxembourg private limited company (société à responsabilité limitée), registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register under number B293452, with its registered office at 76 Rue de Goethe, L-1637 Luxembourg.

T-Blocks serves as the management company (société de gestion) of T-Blocks Trio Fund, a Luxembourg securitisation fund (fonds de titrisation) established on 18 February 2025 under the Securitisation Law of 22 March 2004, as amended. The Fund is registered with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés under number O118 (reference deposit L250061065, deposited 25 February 2025).

T-Blocks provides end-to-end capital-market infrastructure that enables asset managers, sponsors, corporates, fund vehicles, and publicly listed companies to structure, issue, and distribute regulated financial instruments to international investors. The infrastructure spans three pillars:

**Legal backbone.** Luxembourg securitisation law provides the jurisdictional foundation. Each issuance is structured as an independent, ring-fenced SubFund within T-Blocks Trio Fund, with its own assets, liabilities, and creditor hierarchy — legally segregated from every other SubFund and from T-Blocks International SARL itself.

**Digital infrastructure.** Instruments are issued with institutional governance and can be settled through both traditional banking channels (ISIN-coded, Bloomberg ticker optional) and regulated digital capital-market rails (blockchain-settled, compliant with Luxembourg Blockchain Laws I–IV).

**Distribution network.** A curated ecosystem of placement agents, broker-dealers, private banks, and regulated digital trading venues provides multi-channel access to global professional and institutional investors.
