# Dual-Track Issuance (Conventional + Shariah)

For qualifying assets, T-Blocks can structure a dual-track issuance:

**Track 1 — Conventional.** A standard SubFund issuance (equity-linked note, revenue-linked note, etc.) structured under Luxembourg securitisation law without Shariah constraints.

**Track 2 — Shariah-compliant.** A parallel SubFund issuance structured in compliance with Shariah principles, reviewed and certified by an independent Shariah Supervisory Board.

Both tracks are backed by the same or related underlying assets, but are structured as separate, ring-fenced SubFunds with independent creditor hierarchies. This enables the issuer to access both conventional and Islamic capital markets simultaneously without structural conflict.
