# Overview — Islamic Finance at T-Blocks

T-Blocks Luxembourg securitisation architecture is compatible with Shariah-compliant structuring. The Fund can issue instruments that comply with Islamic finance principles, enabling access to the growing global Islamic finance market (estimated at $4+ trillion in assets globally).

Luxembourg is Europe's leading Islamic finance centre, with the first sovereign sukuk issued by a European government (Luxembourg, 2014) and a well-established regulatory and legal framework for Shariah-compliant products.

T-Blocks' Islamic finance capability is a strategic differentiator. No other tokenized securitisation platform offers dual-track issuance (conventional and Shariah-compliant) from the same underlying asset through dual-rail distribution.
